Paul Pleshek's Curriculum Vitae

I started in the floor coverings industry in 1987 in my families maintenance company. I attained my first certification in 1991 for Carpet Cleaning and I started inspecting flooring is 1995 when I was certified by the IICRC. I have continued education in carpet and wood inspections through seminars, trade shows, certification courses and refreshers. In 2007 I added certification from The National Wood Floor Association. And in 2009 became one of the first Commercial Wood Floor Inspectors in the nation, certified by the NWFA. I currently perform 50 -60 inspections per month for manufacturers, retailers, homeowners and distributors. The inspections are residential and commercial installation.
